I have a question.. I don´t know if you can answer it, or not -but here I go.. 🙂
I installed this upgrade today, but still I get a message that the “scanner was not found”… Do you know why?
Would appreciate a answer. 🙂
If your on a PC I would say unplug the scanner from the computer and then plug it in so the PC see’s it as a new device… on my Mac it was perfect so I have no advice… call Hasselblad as I am sure this is a simple fix.

I´m on my mini Mac OS X version 10.6.2 … I have tried to unpluged the scanner severel times, and also tried with different cables – but thanks anyway! : )
