  1. Good one, Steve. I used XP2 more in the past than now, but I should revisit based on your results. My past results also indicate that for “general” use, it’s not really a 400 speed film, and I always shot it at 200-250 with good results.

Definitely eager to have your thoughts on scanning workflows, especially on the Imacon/Hasselblad.

Very much enjoying this series. Among the most informative videos of their kind that I’ve watched. Thank you for putting in the time for all of us.

  2. Meant to add also that I LOVED your old-negative disposal techniques. I’ve got a crap-ton of them stored in boxes and binders all over the place, for no other reason than I’m a hoarder. My survivors are gonna have quite the job of disposal if I don’t get around to it first….

But hold on…I was just bequeathed a Winchester Model 94 in .30-30 that I think would be good for film disposal, if only I could find some ammo. Or maybe a Henry in .45-70 Gov’t? 🙂 There’s that S&W 629 in .44 Magnum, when one is really compensating for…something!!
