Good one, Steve. I used XP2 more in the past than now, but I should revisit based on your results. My past results also indicate that for “general” use, it’s not really a 400 speed film, and I always shot it at 200-250 with good results.
Definitely eager to have your thoughts on scanning workflows, especially on the Imacon/Hasselblad.

Meant to add also that I LOVED your old-negative disposal techniques. I’ve got a crap-ton of them stored in boxes and binders all over the place, for no other reason than I’m a hoarder. My survivors are gonna have quite the job of disposal if I don’t get around to it first….
But hold on…I was just bequeathed a Winchester Model 94 in .30-30 that I think would be good for film disposal, if only I could find some ammo. Or maybe a Henry in .45-70 Gov’t? 🙂 There’s that S&W 629 in .44 Magnum, when one is really compensating for…something!!

I have a pre 64 Winchester model 94 in 3030 as well—- would definitely do the job 🤣
